ORGANICALLY LIVING: Sound and Wise decision nowadays

Nowadays people tend to look for more natural, healthy and organic way of living.  From cosmetics and make-ups, medicines and even on the food intake, people are more health conscious than before.

Now what does ORGANIC means?

Was that necesssary nowadays?

There are a lot of benefits from living organically.

Why is that so?

As we noticed lately, there is a long term effect with consuming and using non-organic consumables.  Healthwise it is terrifying.  Indeed.

If that is the case, why are most people still not switching to Organic living?

-Organic are much more costly:  That is true.  But the long term effect of consuming non-organic will lead you to spend more because of the acquired disease you already have or you might get in the near future.

-Organic are pretty much hard to produce and buy: Financially it was out of reach. Not all groceries and stores cater these organic consumables.  But hey, you can always plant on your backyard to produce fresh and healthy vegetables and fruits that are readily available!  It was just a matter of time and dedication.

Now the question is, does living organically essential on the 21st Century?

1.  Use of pesticides is dangerous and toxic to our health.  Therefore, switching to Organic will save millions of lives, even our future daughters and sons. Pesticides increases the risk of cancers, adversely affects our nervous system and reduces fertility. 
2.  Basically Organic farming reduces the toxic load in the environment for it keeps toxic away from air, water and soil, including our human bodies. 
3.  Avoids Cloned foods.  GMOs and rBGH is not new to us. Unless you want to continually intake genetically modified foods.
4. Reduces Farm Pollution.
5. Makes a healthy soil.
6. Creates truer and tastier foods.  No artificial flavorings needed.  Remember, some Chef's can cook without any of this but still creates excellent and best tasting foods that stands out. Simple principle, foods cooked without any artificial flavorings and just based on how it was naturally grown and prepared are yummier when prepared in the right way. In fact, health wise, foods that are raised organically are higher with anti-oxidants and lower in nitrates.

Let's go organic!

Therefore it is a wise decision to start looking for those who produces healthy and organic foods.
SIMPLE EQUATION: If you love life, you have to love Organic Living.

Nowadays, it becomes best to use both common sense and knowledge to know which farms produces organic foods that can be eaten without the worry of the long-term (harmful) effects and developing horrible diseases in the near future.
